Worth A Read ...

I havent been able to trace the singer of this song and i remember pieces of it - so just play along ...

Here it goes -

" I had the finest woman any man could hope to find,
the faith and trust had seen us through so many troubled times
my friends were full of envy as she treated me like a king
but i took her love for granted and i lost everything

I called to say i was working late, she'd always understand
that was my excuse i'd use when i had other plans
came home one night by myself and somehow knew
this was just a taste of what she was going through

I gave a little and i lost a lot
Holding on to someone i no longer got
i was fooling around with the second best and i had to ...... the .... (forgot the words)
and i wound up giving a little and i lost a lot ...."
